1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TigerSub ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our web portal, mobile applications, API endpoints, and financial services provided by TigerSub Nigeria.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform and discontinue the use of all TigerSub services.
2. Account Registration and KYC Requirements
To access VTU services, virtual bank accounts, and wallet transactions, you must register a valid user account. You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under Nigerian law.
- All information provided during registration (Name, Email, Phone Number, NIN/BVN) is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PINs.
3. TigerSub Wallet and Financial Deposits
TigerSub operates a prepaid electronic wallet system for instant automated service dispatch:
- Funding Channels: You may fund your wallet via automated bank transfer (Virtual Dedicated NUBAN), Monnify, Flutterwave, Paystack, or Airtime-to-Cash swap.
- Wallet Balances: Deposited wallet balances do not accrue interest and represent a prepaid balance for purchasing digital services.
- Non-Transferable: Wallet balances cannot be pledged or transferred to third-party accounts outside platform-supported features.
4. Digital Services and Multi-Provider Smart Routing
TigerSub provides VTU airtime top-ups (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile), SME and Direct Gifting data bundles, electricity token purchases (IKEDC, EKEDC, IBEDC, KAEDCO, etc.), and Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOTV, Startimes).
- Automated Dispatch: Purchases are processed instantaneously using our multi-provider fallback engine.
- Network Dependencies: Service delivery relies on telecom operators and utility provider gateways. Delays caused by upstream provider outages are resolved promptly.
5. User Conduct and Security Policies
You agree NOT to use TigerSub for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, stolen card processing, automated bot attacks, or reverse engineering of APIs.
Violations will result in immediate permanent account suspension, wallet forfeiture, and report to law enforcement agencies (EFCC / NPF).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, brand assets, logos, design layouts, and trademarks displayed on TigerSub belong exclusively to TigerSub Nigeria. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we detect suspicious activities, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
